Regal Crest Association

A beautiful Place called Regal Crest Homeowners Association can be found on the Northwestern edge of Prior Lake near the intersection of Cty rd 21 and Cty rd 83.  Built in year 2002 Regal Crest is a community built by two of Minnesota’s finest builders, Wensmann Homes and College City Homes both of which have provided a community of great quality.  The Association is very active socially and hosts many social functions.  This association has placed long-term financial stability and superior curb appeal as top priority.  With Mystic Lake Casio to the west about 2 miles, downtown Prior Lake to the southeast about 1 mile and Shakopee and Burnsville just minutes away Regal Crest provides an urban feel but yet has a uncrowded country feel.

The association meetings are held every other month with the annual meeting of the members held in November.
